Blagota Radović

Blagota Radović is a member of the Board of Directors of Lovćen Bank. He was born on 25 September 1958 in Podgorica. He graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Podgorica.


He started his career in 1987 in Electric Power Supply company of Montenegro, however, already in 1989 he started with private business.


In 1998 he founded Zetagradnja doo, private company for design, engineering and construction of housing and commercial facilities.


In parallel to this, from 1999 to 2006, in cooperation with Italian partners, he founded and worked on the project Sun Ice Cream – factory for production and distribution of ice cream.


In the period 2003-2007 he was a majority owner and executive director of Zetatrans AD, company for international transport and freight.

Jan Dewijngaert

Member

 

Jan Dewijngaert is Regional Director EECA & Director Private Equity. EECA stands for Eastern Europe and Central Asia. He is responsible for coordinating Incofin’s entire EECA portfolio, both debt and equity.
Jan has 6 years of experience in impact investing and next to Lovcen Banka, he is a Board member of Crystal (Georgia), Inecobank (Armenia) and Bank Arvand (Tadjikistan). He is also member of the Supervisory Board of FIEC (Financial Inclusion Equity Council). He joined Incofin in 2015 as Director Private Equity.

Prior to Incofin, Jan was a partner at Gimv, a European Private Equity firm. While at Gimv, he founded and managed 7 funds that focused on investments in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Russia and Kazakhstan.  He was a member of the Investment Committee of 10 private equity funds and a regular speaker on international conferences on private equity in CEE. Prior to Gimv, he worked in the area of international loans at KBC Bank in Brussels, New York and Bremen.
Jan holds a Msc. in Construction Engineering and in Industrial Policy at the Catholic University of Leuven (Belgium). He also followed the Advanced Management Program at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Dr Klaus Ekkehard Glaubitt

Dr Klaus Glaubit is the Member of the Board of Directors of Lovćen banka. 


He was born on 16 September 1944 in Allenstein. He completed university studies at the Department of Economics at the Ruhr-University of Bochum, where he was awarded a master's and doctoral degree. 


Dr Klaus Glaubit performs a number of functions among which we point out:

- The member of the Board of Directors of ProCredit Bank JSC Belgrade from 2001 - present (from 2001 to 2008 – the Chairman of the Board of Directors)

- The member of the Supervisory Board of ProCredit Bank JSC B&H for 11 years, of which the last four years on the position of the Chairman of that Board –ended his term of office in August 2014

- The Chairman of the Supervisory Board of ProCredit Bank Kosovo from January 2000 to mid-2012

- The position of the member of the Advisory Board of DWM shareholders (developing world markets) from January 2014 - present, as well as the position of the Honorary President of the Advisory Group of the European Fund for Southeast Europe from January 2012

- From January 2012 - present holds the position of the Chairman of the Investment Committee of the Microfinance Enhancement Facility (MEF) 

- From July 2012 - present the President of the MEF's ALCO Committee

- From March 2011 to February 2012 he provided advisory services to KfW Bank

Dr Vinko Nikić 

Chairman of the Management Board

 

Vinko Nikić is in Lovćen Bank since its establishment in August 2014. The references that recommended him for engagement in Lovćen Bank included 20 years of experience on various management positions, of which more than 15 years in accounting and finance. For many years, he covered the position of Chief Executive Officer, and from January 1, 2022, he is Chairman of the Management Board of Lovćen banka.


He came to Lovćen Bank from the position of Manager of PricewaterhouseCoopers Montenegro where he worked from 2012-2014. Before that, he was employed by Tranšped Belgrade from 1992-1999, as a branch manager in Kotor, and Jugopetrol AD Kotor from 1999-2012, where he covered various positions, from Head of Accounting and Finance, to the CFO.In addition to the obligations at the Bank, Vinko Nikić is a professor at the Faculty for Mediterranean Business Studies in Tivat and at the Maritime Faculty in Bar, where was the Dean until recently.

He is the current Chairman of the Management Board of the Institute of Certified Accountants of Montenegro and member of the Assembly of FEE (the European Federation of Accountants), based in Brussels.

Vinko Nikić is also vice president of the Association of Managers of Montenegro (AMM), as a full member of the European Association of Managers.

For several years now, he has been a regular participant of many international conferences and workshops of the World Bank.He was a member of the working groups for drafting legislation primarily in the field of accounting and finance.

Vinko Nikić graduated from the Kotor Faculty of Maritime Studies - organizational sciences department, and received his master's degree from the Faculty of Economics, University of Montenegro in Podgorica. He earned his doctorate at the Faculty of Economics in Podgorica with the thesis titled: "Free zones used for the increase of exports and employment incentives".
Daniela Golubović

Member of the Management Board


Daniela Golubović has twenty years of experience in the banking sector. She started her work engagement in Lovćen banka in 2014 as the Director of the Risk Management Department. Comprehensive market knowledge, as well as knowledge and experience in the field of risk management, finance and controlling, organization and management, recommended her for the position of Executive Director for Risk Management, Finance and Accounting, business support and security, which she performed from 2019 to 2022 .


Since January 2022, she has been appointed as a member of the Management Board of Lovćen banka, primarily in charge of risk management, finance and business support.


She started her career in NLB Banka AD Podgorica, where she gained experience in various areas of the bank's operations and from 2006 to 2014 she held the position of Director of Risk Management.


She graduated on the Faculty of Economics in Podgorica, and obtained a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Belgrade, majoring in Banking and Financial Management. She holds licenses from the Capital Market Commission for investment fund managers, brokers and pension fund managers. She has participated in numerous conferences, seminars and trainings in the country and abroad.

 


Edin Ćeranić  

Member of the Management Board


Edin Ćeranić started his engagement in Lovćen banka AD in February 2021 in the position of Advisor to the Bank for Business with Legal Entities. He also covered the position of Executive Director for Business with Legal Entities, and since January 1, 2022, he has been a member of the Management Board of Lovćen banka.


Ćeranić started building his banking career at Societe General Bank in 2006, and then continued at NLB Bank in 2007. During his work, he gained significant experience in various areas of banking and successfully covered a numerous management positions, with a special focus on business development with clients - individuals and legal entities, sales, advanced technological solutions for business improvement and innovation.


He graduated in 2005 on the Faculty of Economics in Podgorica, University of Montenegro. He is currently a master's student at the Department of Banking and Financial Management at the Faculty of Economics in Podgorica.

 


Aleksandra Popović

Founder, first CEO, Chairperson of the Board of Directors, Strategic Advisor

 
Aleksandra Popović is on the position of Strategic Advisor of the Lovćen banka. Since the establishment of the bank in August 2014 to October 2016, she served as Chief Executive Officer, and after that she was the Chairperson of the Board of Directors of Lovćen banka. The bank was established thanks to her vision to contribute to sustainable economic development and better living conditions of the country, with the desire to use her rich experience in contracting and arranging credit lines from foreign sources to finance Montenegrin projects in the field of tourism, infrastructure, manufacturing and services, with special emphasis on support to SME sector. This was a process in which, under her leadership, microfinance institution MFI Kontakt AD grew into Lovćen banka, supported by DEG - one of the largest investment and development institutions in Europe that is focused on investments of small and medium-sized enterprises in developing countries.

Along with the constant work on professional advancement, during her career she directed her energy and power to the promotion of the Montenegrin economy and banking at numerous international conferences and panels, to partnerships and cooperation with reputable international financial institutions, as well as new development projects, among which the work on establishing of Crnogorska Komercijalna Banka as a significant banking brand, to coordination of strategic communication in the process of sale of Crnogorska Komercijalna Banka to OTP Bank, membership in the Board of Directors of CKB, administration and management of business operation of Microcredit financial institution Kontakt AD Podgorica.

Banking career of Aleksandra Popović, which began in 2001, was preceded by a ten-year work in other companies among which employment in public company Post of Montenegro at the position of Advisor for International Business.
